- Shipment Service
– All orders are shipped from our workshop/warehouses.
– We use Delhivery, a third-party delivery service provider, for order fulfillment.
– Shipping is available across India. Rates may vary for different regions, and international shipping (if applicable) may incur additional customs duties or taxes, which must be borne by the customer.
Orders and Shipment - Order Acceptance and Availability
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Despite our best efforts, there may be rare cases where an item is listed as “in stock” but becomes unavailable by the time we process your order. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly.
Shipment Time
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, provided the items are in stock.
Shipping Costs
- In cases where shipments are returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address or other customer errors, a ₹200 RTO fee will be charged.
Delivery Time
- Shipments within India generally take 5 to 7 business days to reach most locations.
- For remote or northern regions, delivery may take up to 7 to 10 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transit delays, or other external factors.
RTO (Return to Origin) and Undelivered Shipments
- We are not liable for shipments returned due to incorrect address, incomplete contact information, or failure to accept delivery.
- Refunds for such orders will exclude shipping fees and a ₹200 RTO charge.
- Re-shipping will only be initiated after the customer bears the additional shipping fee.
Risk of Loss
- The risk and title of products pass to you once the order is handed over to the delivery partner. We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect information provided during order placement.
- Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or SMS.
- Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeline, contact us at contact@kiaana.in with your order details for assistance.
- Taxes and Duties
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, customs, or import duties. These charges vary depending on the delivery region and local laws.
