Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) governs the relationship between Kiaana, having its postal address at G-5, Delhi, 110032 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “Kiaana,” “Us,” “Our,” or “We”) and you (hereinafter referred to as “You,” “Your,” “User,” “Users,” or “Customers”) when you make any purchases or place orders on our platform, i.e., [www.kiaana.in] (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site” or “Platform”).

Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and Kiaana. By placing an order, requesting a return, or accepting a refund, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

 Cancellation Policy

– Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order, after which it will be processed.
– Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 2% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
– Late Cancellations: After 3 hours, cancellations are not allowed.
– Pre-Shipment Refusal: If a package has already been shipped and is refused at the time of delivery, a Return to Origin (RTO) fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund.

For cancellations, contact us at contact@kiaana.in with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after cancellation is confirmed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns and Refunds

We at Kiaana are committed to delivering high-quality jewelry. Returns and refunds are only allowed for defective or damaged products under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, you may be eligible for store credits equivalent to the product’s value.

Claims must meet the following conditions:

1. Damaged Products Only: You may raise a return request for products with visible damage (e.g., material defects, breakage, or finishing issues).
2. Proof of Damage: An unedited unboxing video showing the damage is mandatory for all return claims.
3. Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 3 calendar days of receiving the product by emailing contact@kiaana.in with your order number and proof of damage.

– Strict No Refund Policy: All purchases made on [www.kiaana.in] are final and non-refundable.
– Refunds are not applicable for:
1. Products purchased during sales, using discount codes, or promotional offers.
2. Items returned without adhering to our return procedure.
3. Incorrect orders caused by customer errors, such as selecting the wrong size or providing incorrect shipping details.
4. Declined prepaid orders upon delivery.

– Store credits will be issued only after the product is returned, inspected, and approved by our quality assurance team.

Return Process

– Once the return request is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and tags.
– We will arrange return shipping and bear the return shipping costs.

Refund for Returns

– Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits equivalent to the product value.
– Store credits will be processed within 3-5 business days after the product is received and passes quality inspection.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges

– Exchanges are only allowed for incorrect ring sizes.
– An exchange fee of ₹450 and to-and-fro shipping charges of ₹200 will apply.

Exchange Process

1. Contact us at contact@kiaana.in with your order number and size correction details.
2. Return the incorrect product in its original packaging.
3. Once received and quality-checked, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5-7 business days (subject to availability).

Conditions for Exchange

– Rings are eligible for exchange due to size issues.
– Other product categories, including necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and earrings, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
– Products must be unused, with original packaging intact.

General Terms

1. Non-Refundable Items: Products purchased during sales, using discount codes, or promotional offers are final sale and non-refundable.
2. Lost or Undelivered Shipments:
– We are not liable for shipments lost or returned due to incorrect addresses or customer-provided misinformation.
– Refunds for undelivered shipments will exclude shipping and RTO fees of ₹150.
– Re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
3. Refund Timeline: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
4. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or any events beyond our control. Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
5. Accurate shipping information is the sole responsibility of the customer. In cases where incorrect details are provided, re-shipping fees will apply.

Reservation of Rights

Kiaana reserves the right to:

1. Cancel or not process orders for reasons including, but not limited to, mispricing, product unavailability, or suspicion of fraud.
2. Verify your identity before processing any order, return, or refund.
3. Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions or pricing without prior notice.

Refunds will not be issued for canceled orders unless initiated by Kiaana.

Return & Exchange Policy for Acrylic, Resin, and Stone-Embellished Jewelry

At Kiaana, we want you to love your jewelry! However, due to the delicate nature of certain materials, we have a unique policy for items made from acrylic, resin, or featuring embellishments like stones or cubic zirconia.

Items Covered Under This Policy

– Acrylic Jewelry: Earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and other pieces crafted from acrylic.
– Resin Jewelry: Pendants, rings, charms, and similar items made from resin.
– Stone-Embellished Jewelry: Pieces featuring delicate stones or zircon embellishments.

### Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the above items within 15 days of purchase, provided:

– The items are unworn.
– They are returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

 Important Information

Due to the nature of these materials, we do not offer refunds or replacements beyond the 15-day period.

To maintain the longevity of your jewelry:

– Store it in a soft pouch or fabric-lined box when not in use.
– Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or engaging in physical activities.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy and any disputes arising out of your use of our Website or transactions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
